Dustin “Clean” Denes Seminar

On Saturday December 3^rdClockwork BJJ hosted Dustin “Clean” Denes’ second seminar in New York City. Clean focused on variations of the clock choke for the first 2 hours of the seminar. He covered several variations of the position in detail and why to use them. He focused on finishing from the back position with the “executioner” choke (see video below) for the last hour of the seminar. It was a great seminar and well received by everyone who attended.

New and Improved Kids Martial Arts Schedule

Clockwork Jiu Jitsu has updated our NY kids martial arts schedule for their children’s BJJ program. Classes are now Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm and on Saturday at 11am. Clockwork now has a full schedule of classes Monday thru Friday at 7am, 10:30am, noon, 6:15pm, and 7pm. All of the noon and night BJJ classes are taught by Josh Griffiths at our Union Square Location.
