All BJJ classes are taught in the gi (or kimono). These classes focus on providing students — beginner or experienced — with a greater understanding of the chokes, joint locks, reversals (sweeps), takedowns, and pins that comprise BJJ. No Gi Classes
Much like the gi classes, the nogi classes (also known as submission wrestling) focus on applying the same techniques and strategy of gi classes. The difference is that instead of a gi, students will wear shorts and a t-shirt (or rash guard).
Kids BJJ Martial Arts Classes

Blue Belt Only Classes
The goal of this class is to introduce a few new positions (Knee on Belly, Half Guard, Spider Guard, Butterfly Guard, and Take Downs) and to add to the technical foundation established in the White Belt Class.
Ginastica Natural Classes
Ginastica Natural can be practiced by people of all levels of fitness from beginners to professional athletes. This Brazilian method of training combines flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and cardio endurance. Classes are challenging and fast moving but adaptable to multiple fitness levels.
Ginastica Natural also builds strength and flexibility in areas of the body most prone to injury – hips, knees, hamstrings, glutes, back and shoulders. Athletes looking to improve their performance and reduce injuries in any sport will benefit from Ginastica Natural. All Ginastica Natural Classes are taught by Instructors Certified by Jay Lally(Level 3 Instructor).
