Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
All BJJ classes are taught in the gi or kimono. These classes focus on providing the students, beginner or experienced with a greater understanding of the chokes, joint locks, reversals (sweeps), takedowns, and pins that comprise BJJ. The curriculum at Clockwork BJJ focuses on one move for several classes to really allow students to absorb the material they are trying to learn. Read more about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Submission Wrestling
Much like the BJJ classes the Submission Wrestling commonly called nogi focus on applying the same techniques and strategy of BJJ. The difference is that instead of a kimono or gi students will wear shorts and a t-shirt or rash guard.
Kids BJJ Martial Arts Classes
